Senior Endurance – May/June Suggested Training Sessions during Lockdown

MAY AND JUNE SUGGESTED TRAINING SESSIONS

Some suggested training sessions aimed at keeping athletes ticking over during current Lockdown are on the calendar page. The sessions can be completed whenever and wherever suits – within the Lockdown Exercise Rules. All sessions should include a 1 mile warm up and 1 mile cool down with stretching afterwards where possible.
