All runs meet at the Boathouse in Strathclyde Park unless stated otherwise.
Tuesdays, quality session; Thursdays, steady run, 6.30pm.
Saturdays, 9.30am, progressive strength endurance intervals, normally completed on grass or paths.
Sundays, long runs, at 8am/9am, depending on the group you're running with.

Mondays: 6-7.30pm, the Boathouse, Strathclyde Park. More of an endurance session.
Wednesdays (for those who train with Chris and Richie): 6-7:45pm, Wishaw Track.
Wednesdays (for those who train with Bob, Jill and William): 6-7:45pm, Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility from Wednesday 18th January until Wednesday 29th February. We have booked the athletics hall so please bring £1 to help cover the cost and hand to your coach - no need to pay at reception.
Saturdays (for those who train with Richie): 9.30am, the Boathouse, Strathclyde Park.
Saturdays (for those who train with Bob): 9.30am, Wishaw Track. If track is shut then session will be at Ravenscraig.
