19 athletes competed in the September Time Trial. The winner was David Wallace in a time of 07:10. Well done to all who ran and helped at the event.

Fifteen competitors took part in the June time trial and the winner was Dion Ingram in a convincing time of 07:28 - well done!
The August winner of the time trial was Kirsty Ferguson in a time of 07:55. Two newcomers brothers Stuart and David Wallace ran well and established markers for the next trial. Followed by a light session the night went well and the Time Trial will continue to be held on the first Monday of each month at 6.00pm in Strathclyde Park. Well done to all who ran and helped at the event.

This month's event was won by Claire Ross in an excellent time of 7:23.
This was the second consecutive month Clare has won and the first time at the summer venue of Wishaw track.
Dionne and Rachel accompanied William round the route and they now have start times for next month.
It was clearly too much for William who did not make it over the finishing line.
Thanks to the helpers for covering the route and seeing that all the runners returned safely.
A break in the weather and the April time trial went ahead last weekend, with Clare Ross running out winner.
Unusually there were no footballers and very few walkers with dogs.
Easter eggs for all and look for the runner who is no spring chicken on Flickr.
The event was won decisively by Chloe Irwin with 13 runners in the competition.
Chloe avoided all the walkers, dogs and footballers on the paths around the sports ground.
The weather was perfect and the runners set off as usual at a brisk pace.
One DNF but otherwise a successful morning.
