The date of the Rothesay 10k has been moved to Saturday August 23, the same day as the St Andrew's Hospice 10k in Strathclyde Park.
The means that the St Andrew's Hospice race has been dropped from the championship fixture list.
After a discussion among the Road Runners' sub-committee, the Cumbernauld 10k on Sunday September 14 has been added in its place.

The RRs' group has produced the format and rules for this year's Road Runners' Championship and Time Trial competitions.
As you'll see from the series of documents below, the group has produced an innovative structure designed to invigorate the championship and give athletes of all abilities a great chance of success.
In summary, five leagues have been created. Each member has been put into one of the leagues and will compete against those of a similar ability.
The club championship will run alongside the leagues in a format broadly similar to previous years. For quick access, the championship events and dates (where they're available) have been listed below.
