Congratulations to Benny Hands, who has come out on top of the Road Runners' Championship table this year.
He took the winning points from the Loch Ness Marathon, which he completed in 3.28.50.
Alan Tait came second in the table, two points behind.
In the women's competition, Elaine Jamieson took the honours with Jane Wedlock second.

Freescale 10k at Strathclyde Park today (results below).
Benny was also the first Motherwell AC runner across the line in what appeared to be a course that was longer than 10k.
Three MAC members wearing Garmins measured it at 10.3k, 6.38 miles and 6.41 miles respectively.
The race was the final event which will see a large group of members enter.
A small number are doing the Loch Ness Marathon in two weeks' time, which is the last fixture in this year's championship list at which points will be awarded.

Alan Tait was the club's first man to cross the line in the Moffat multi-terrain 15K race with Elaine Jamieson at the head of the women's field.
The updated championship table, taking into account this race, Calder Glen and East Kilbride, will be on the website soon.
Well done to Benny Hands, who fought out another close-run thing with Alan Tait to win the Calder Glen 5K trail race by 18 seconds on 16mins 04 secs.
Jessie Miller was first club female on 18.03 and there was a total of 19 MAC runners in the over-15 5K. Full results are here.
A big hand for Robbie Barr, who won the under-nines 1K race with Jill Cherry coming in fourth.
Lawrence McCluskey was 16th, Amy McCourt 29th and Ruth Ferguson 37th.
It was a close encounter between Alan Tait and Benny Hands at the East Kilbride Half Marathon on Sunday June 24.
The former came out on top with an official time of 1.23.06, placing him 17th overall. Benny was 19 seconds behind, giving him 20th spot.
Others taking part - Robert Owen clocked 1.46.11 and Peter Knudsen 1.49.55.
Among the women members running, Jessie Miller was first home on 1.29.27, giving her 65th place.
Elaine Jamieson recorded 1.46.11; Jane Wedlock 1.47.16 and Elizabeth Martin 1.51.14.

A hot day and an undulating course tested runners in the Carluke 10k.
Jessie Miller (right) was first woman overall and Clare Barr third overall.
Benny Hands was third male overall and Stuart Riley sixth overall.
Other MAC runners taking part were Gordon Murray, Michael Wedlock, William Martin, Peter Knudsen, Elaine Jamieson, Jane Wedlock, Jill Strachan, Margaret Lawrence, Kenny Muir, Elizabeth Martin and George Cooper.

Benny Hands took the honours in the latest championship event, the Heriot Watt 5K Trail Race, with a time of 16.52. He was also the first male veteran in the overall race.
Alan Tait was second MAC man on 17.46 with Nick Hughes third on 20.25.
They were followed by Jim Riley on 20.50 and Peter Knudsen on 21.23 (A PB by 2.07). Dougie O'Hare was 23.07 and Alistair Kerr 26.02.
Gayle Tait was first woman on 22.16 with Jill Strachan on 22.54, Margaret Lawrence on 24.36 and Anne Hughes on 25.35.

The heat slowed down the field, which included another good MAC turnout.

Robbie Barr was the first MAC youngster home, showing his grit with a determined finish in the 2k race.

The third event in the Road Runners' Championship, the Tom Scott 10-mile road race, was won by Alan Tait who stays on top of the men's league table.
Alan's preparations for the London Marathon later this month continued to pay off with a time of about 59.20.
The second male club runner was Benny Hands with Brian McLinden, Robert Owen, Mick Hydes, Peter Knudsen and Donald McCaffer following on.
Carole Munro was troubled by a broken bone in her right foot but remains on top of the women's league table.
The other female club runner taking part, Jill Strachan, made her debut over 10 miles and clocked a time of about 1.23.

The Club Championship consists of a series of 12 races. In each of these races 10 points will be awarded to the first club athlete who finishes and so on down to one point for those finishing 10th and over.
Each athlete's 10 best performances will count towards the championship. If an athlete competes in 10 or fewer events, all their completed races will count towards the championship.
Five points will be awarded for the completion of one or more marathons.
Five points will be awarded to those representing the club in the National Road Relays.

The Club Championship will end with the Loch Ness Marathon on October 7.
The Track Championship (3K) took place on June 20 at Wishaw Sports Centre.
Note: In all races points will only be awarded to those athletes who are current club members.
In the Club Championship races points will only be awarded to those athletes who are wearing club colours.
The Cross Country Championship was decided over one race, the Scottish National Cross-Country Championship on Saturday February 10 at Callendar Park, Falkirk.
The men's 12k race was won by Alan Tait on a time of 46.02 and the women's 8k race by Carole Munro on 37.25.
The Time Trial Championship is scored as the Club Championship. This championship consists of 10 races and runs from February until November.
There will be one race each month, typically run on the first or second Tuesday. Athletes' handicap marks will be based on their best time over their last three time-trials.
For those with fewer than 3 runs, their mark will be based on their best time-trial.
