Track & Field members competed in the Central and South of Scotland Athletics League on a glorious day in Dumfries.
The team worked hard especially on the sun tan and there were a few red faces the next day.
No false starts this time from William so beware road runners, he will be recruiting for the next event.

A couple of dates for your diaries so you have no excuse for missing either event.
The Track Championships take place on Wednesday, June 16, at Wishaw Track, 6-9.30pm.

They're in four files:

He was followed by Matthew Purser on 1.37.44 with Carole Munro third on 1.41.35.
Next in was Joe Fennessey on 1.45.41 with Jane Wedlock fifth on 1.47.22.
Last but not least was Angela Downie, who clocked a time of 1.50.14.

The race was the sixth event in this year's club championship series.

Thanks to Norman Boyle, a Bellahouston Road Runner, who captured Mae McIsaac during the race.
After MAC's victory in the 2009 Kintyre Way Relay, the club only fielded two runners in this year's event - Alan and Gayle Tait.
Gayle ran the final 14-mile leg in 1hr 51mins 50secs as part of a Giffnock team and Alan participated in a composite team, running legs three and four.
These consisted of nine miles of rough terrain and shingle beach followed by the same 15 miles he ran last year, the first five of which are uphill. He finished the 24 miles in approx 3hrs 24mins.
Gayle writes: "It was a great weekend and we would be really keen to try to get at least one but hopefully two teams up for it next year. There were at least three Dumfries teams, six runners in each, and three Giffnock teams (only short of one runner from three full teams, which is the spot I filled).
"So, we don't see any reason why MAC shouldn't be there competing for a spot on the podium again. The previous record set by MAC last year was smashed this year in an unconfirmed 8hrs 40mins - about one hour quicker than MAC last year.
"The event has a fantastic atmosphere and was on a much larger scale than last year - 90 runners in all, 12 ultra runners doing the full distance and 60-plus walkers doing different stretches.
"There is food laid on at the end of each leg, each runner gets a quality t-shirt and hi-vis vest - for £20 entry. There's also a ceilidh at night and the overall support and cameraderie of the event is great.
"The scenery is also pretty good (understatement of the year). We'll be recruiting early next year for teams of MAC runners wanting to try something a bit different instead of the run of the mill road 10k and half marathon!"
