May 11 MAC runners out in force for 5k
Big hands for all those who took part in the latest Road Runners' Championship race, the Heriot Watt 5k in Edinburgh.
Benny Hands was the first MAC man to cross the line.
Other results will follow as soon as they're available.
The league tables will be updated as soon as possible after the results are received.
May 11 Two take medals at West Districts
The club scored two successes at the West District Championships on Saturday.
Lewis Gibb picked up gold in the u15 boys' 100m, running 11.09.
Lewis won his 200m heat but had to withdraw from the final and a guaranteed gold medal because of a groin strain that will keep him out of action for about a week.
David McCrum took the silver in the u15 boys' javelin event with a throw of 30.86m.
They were participating on the first day of the weekend event at Meadowbank Stadium in Edinburgh.
On Sunday, Mhairi Hendry was second in the u13 800m final with a PB of 2.32.80.
Ilona Clark was seventh in the u15 800m final.
Fiona Parkin was second in the u17 300m hurdles final and was fourth in the u17 long jump.
