Motherwell AC picked up the open men's and women's team prizes at the Heriot-Watt 5k on Saturday.
The race was the second event in the club's championship series. Read the official results.
Leading men were Graeme Kennedy (17.54/sixth overall), Stuart Riley (18.21/eighth overall) and Benny Hands (18.36/10th overall).
Jo Clark was second woman on 20.51, Carole Munro third on 21.01 and Clare Barr fourth on 21.17.
There were cases of beer or Bacardi Breezers to choose from as prizes - and the MAC teams opted for the beer, leaving the men's university team prize winners with the latter, much to their disappointment.
Conditions were great for running - dry and clear, with even a little sunshine.
The first 2.5k is fast and flat on tarmac before heading into the woods for some tough uphill sections and rougher trails, but a good course overall.
