Club members will be out in force at the Bute Highland Games once again.
About 20 road runners look set to take part in the 10k in Rothesay on Saturday August 18 and a healthy number of Track & Field members have indicated they'll be competing too.
This year is the diamond jubilee of modern games on Bute, which this year include the Scottish Heavy Events Championship. The West of Scotland Pipe Band Championships will also take place.
Every competitor will receive a medal and a small commemorative gift.

It's hell being a runner ... but of course we all know that.
For a couple of MAC members, it really was hell as they took part in the Saab Hellrunner event at Mugdock Country Park.
Their efforts were well rewarded, with Alan Tait coming in 10th overall in the main multi-terrain race, whose distance was billed as "more than 10 and less than 12 miles in length".
At the other end of the age scale, Jill Cherry (right) showed her determination by finishing second in the juniors' race.
The club has a huge triumph to celebrate ... its victory in Division 3 of the Scottish Young Athletics League in the composite team with Airdrie and Cumbernauld.
The joint team finished first with 441 points with East Lothian second on 418. Full results from the final meeting are here.
The team goes on to compete at the Scottish finals on July 28 against the winners of the other divisions and the winner from that competition will represent Scotland at the British league finals. Next season will see the clubs competing in Division 2.
There were teams at under 13, under 15 and under 17 level and the following are among the MAC athletes who participated in the competitions: Lewis Gibb, Scott Dickson, Chris Watson, David McIsaac, Richard Martin, Sara Macdonald, Jade Williamson, Ilona Clark and Laura Irvine.
Club secretary Alan Tait said: "This is a huge occasion for Motherwell AC and is a reward for all the coaches who've put so much into building up the Track & Field section over recent months.
"But most of all the praise goes goes to the athletes who've given so much effort to stamping the letters MAC on the meetings in which they've competed."
Speaking on behalf of the club committee, chairman Mark Coyle added his congratulations and added: "We'll ensure that the young athletes who've worked so hard for this honour will be suitably recognised by the club."

Officials are often asked by the parents of prospective new Track & Field members for details about the club and how it operates.
To help answer those questions, Clare Barr has pulled together all the details into one "welcome letter" which can be downloaded here.
It contains lots of information about the club, training sessions, what to bring and more.
