The first race of the Road Runners' Championship takes place on Sunday, the ATHelite 5k at Chatelherault.
Please remember that if you've entered and want to compete for championship points, you must be a paid-up member of the club and you must wear club colours in the event.
There's still time to renew your membership. You can do so online via our Club Membership page or you can download a form there.
A few more members have put their names down for a club bus to the IAAF World Cross-Country Championships in Edinburgh on Sunday March 30.
The second event newsletter has been published, which you can read here.
You can put your name down for the bus on the Message Board.
As previously mentioned, there was a very positive article about the club's recent successes in the Hamilton Advertiser.
In case you didn't see it, click here to read it.
There are some secret "pointy-heads" in the club who like technology, even though they don't easily own up to it.
Just for them, here's a snapshot of how our website performed in the week ending January 20.
Congratulations to the Motherwell "A" team which came first in the women's competition at the Scottish Masters Athletics relays in Strathclyde Park today.
Jessie Miller, Carole Munro and Clare Barr ran a lap of the loch in 23.21; 24.26 and 26.12 respectively to secure a victory on home soil.
They beat women's teams from clubs such as Bellahouston and Kirkintilloch Olympians.
Additionally, Carole, who came first in the second leg, ran the fastest lap of that leg. Jessie was second in the first leg and Clare first in the third leg.
The club entered a women's "B" team, which comprised Elaine Jamieson (27.31, eighth in leg); Lesley Ross (31.07, eighth in leg) and Catherine Wotherspoon (31.09).
In the men's event, Brian McLinden ran 21.57 (sixth in leg), Scott Marriott 23.19 (sixth in leg), Michael Hampson 25.20 (seventh in leg) and William Martin 24.40 (approx.).

The IAAF World Cross-Country Championships are coming to our doorsteps very soon and a plan is afoot to hire a bus to take MAC members there and back.
Some of the world's greatest runners will be competing at Holyrood Park, Edinburgh, on Sunday March 30 and there's a 5k run called Welcome the World for everyone to enter.
A provisional timetable for the whole weekend is here. The MAC bus would go on the Sunday.
We'll need an idea of numbers of interested members so please put your name down on the Message Board.
The need for new officials to be trained to run athletics events has resulted in a course being organised in East Kilbride later this year - and MAC is being urged to send members on it.
The course, which runs at the John Wright Sports Centre between 11am and 3pm on Saturday April 19, will cover the track, field, time-keeping and more.
In the past, the Scottish Young Athletes' League required only volunteers but due to legal issues it now needs people who are qualified.
The league is also insisting on each club or team having qualified officials in attendance, making it necessary for MAC to have one or more person in this category.
Scottish Athletics is covering the cost. The course can be booked by contacting Anne Stewart at Scottish Athletics on 0131 476 7328.
Do you have a heart? If so, can you help out at the British Heart Foundation's 6k and 12k runs in Strathclyde Park on Saturday February 2?
The charity is offering a donation to the club in return for people's time on the day.
If you're able to help out, please contact Alison Lunn by email or her phone numbers are 0131 555 5891/07711195744.
Full details of the event, which begins at 2pm, are here.
More great news from the two-day West District Indoor Championships at the Kelvin Hall.
After Lewis Gibb's gold medal in the u15 60m on Saturday, there were hopes of more honours on Sunday - and they proved right on the mark.
Lewis took another gold in the u15 200m, setting a new PB of 24.71 in the final.
He is now second in the UK 60m rankings, 2/100ths of a second behind the first-placed runner, and has run the four fastest times in Scotland so far this season.
In the very next race at the Kelvin Hall, the u13 800m, Mhairi Hendry was determined not to be outdone and took gold as well.
Not only did she step up to the number one spot on the podium, she broke her PB twice along the way.
Others competing in the event were Chris McCrum (u20 60m); Scott Dickson (u17 800m) and Ilona Clark (u15 800m).
Lewis Gibb continues to make an impact in the u15 60m event after taking gold in the West District Indoor Championships at the Kelvin Hall today.
His time of 7.52secs is another PB.
At the same event last year, Lewis was third on a time of 7.75secs.
Lewis was the u13 West District and Scottish 60m champion in 2006.
While he was performing inside, several young MAC athletes were taking part in near-freezing conditions in the Junior Great Winter Run in Holyrood Park, Edinburgh.
The bone-chilling cold must have put a spring in Jill Cherry's step because she came second overall in her seven to 10-year-old age group (pictured with trophy).
In only his second event of this kind, Lewis Donnelly was eighth overall (sixth boy) in the same group.
Chris Watson put in a storming run to finish sixth overall in the 11 to 13-year-old category.
See pictures of the group which entered here.
Four firsts and six PBs were the early 2008 rewards for Motherwell AC athletes who competed in the Scottish Athletics Indoor League (Match 2) at the Kelvin Hall today.
Jill Cherry and Lewis Gibb led the way in their respective events, setting down markers to beat in the coming weeks and months.
Christopher Watson and Chris King also outdid their previous best times in their events.

It's eight months away but the club has another supermarket fund-raising expedition all lined up!
Morrison's has told us we can pack bags at its store in New Park Street, Hamilton, on Saturday, August 2.
If it's a hot day, shoppers might well be flocking in for BBQ supplies - giving us a better chance of beating the £1,000 total brought in at Asda in Motherwell in December.
