Luck was on our side this year as it stayed dry and the sun even came out!
Thanks to everyone who came along - a great time was had by all. Also thanks to Andrew who saved the day with the disposable bbqs and to John and Anne Hughes for organising the games.

Well done to Michaela Hay who, at just 12 years old, was first lady at the park run on Saturday 17th July with a time of 22:29. Fiona Moran was first vet.
The park run on Saturday 24th July saw 16 MAC athletes compete. Official times below:
Thanks to Gayle and Alan Tait for organising the latest Sunday morning guest run round Europe's largest wind farm - Whitelee Windfarm.
It was wet and windy during the 8 mile run then sunny as we enjoyed the treats from the cafe - fairly typical of a Scottish summer!!
Nine MAC athletes tackled the Moffat 15K, the latest race in the Championship series.
Official times below:
Carole Munro had to pull up injured at the 7 mile mark - thankfully a passing motorist gave her a lift back to the finish.
In the 2K race, Rachel Wedlock was first in her age group.
Benny Hands entered the M45 1500 metres in the Master's National Championships at Pitreavie on 11 July with the idea of testing the water for an active Track and Field season next summer. The rules in masters competition are that you are only awarded a medal if you reach the required standard so even if you win an event but don't go fast enough you won't get a medal.>
Benny won the gold medal in a time of 4.48.76 (on a very windy home straight), but what makes it a real achievement is that in six weeks time he will move in to the M50 category when he celebrates his 50th birthday on 16 August!! - so writes his wife Phyllis!
