The trip should be subsidised but each participant will be asked to pay \'a310 to cover the cost of the bus and the ferry. The junior section was
 asked to have the necessary consent forms from parents/guardians completed before traveling. The return journey 
will be from Wemyss Bay at 6 p.m. with the option of a later time if a second bus is required. The bus company will need notice of one week if a second bus is required.

draw the crowds. JH will book the track and hold meeting of all the coaches prior to the event to ensure the appropriate coaching support is available. It is hoped there will be sufficient interest to enable the club to provide 12 boys and 12 girls to par
ticipate in the Festival of Sport later in the year.

3958.68 as at the date of the meeting. Income from the Road Running section had been steady and the income from the track and field section had increased since the last
