Qualification: Level 2. Time with club: Track and Field athlete 1993 - 2003. Coach from January 2007.
Experience: Former Scottish long jump, triple jump and pentathlon champion. Competed for Scotland at under-15, under-17 and under-20 level in competitions against the Home Countries, Israel, Greece and Belgium.
Coaching Specialities: The technical aspects of all track and field events particularly long jump, triple jump and hurdles.
Coaching Philosophy: To encourage and develop the athlete to reach their full potential. Above all, athletics should be fun.
Qualification: Level 2.
Experience: Started running in 2002 and have since done 5k, 10k, half-marathon and marathon distances. Highlights were the New York Marathon 2005 and the Chicago Marathon in 2006.
Coaching specialities: Under-12s track and endurance.

Experience: 5ks/10ks and half-marathon. Also participate in pilates/body balance and weight training.
