Coaching philosophy: Coaching has offered me the opportunity to encourage others to enjoy the many benefits of running and an active lifestyle. We offer a wide variety of training sessions throughout the year, which will hopefully enable our athletes to improve performances, enjoy themselves and remain in the sport.

Experience: Fourth in 60m and sixth in 400m Scottish u17 and hold the North Lanarkshire schools' 400m record. Coached with MAC since 2006. Currently studying sports studies and psychology at the University of Stirling.
